Membership Agreement

Terms of Use

Welcome to V.O.I.C.E.S., a communication service for politically inspired adults that provides the ability to contact their elected officials and get their voice heard.
This agreement sets out the terms under which V.O.I.C.E.S. services are provided to you by “Virtual Communication Services”. By registering with “Virtual Communication Services”, you become a member of the site, and you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to be a member.
If you do not agree to the terms, DO NOT register for the V.O.I.C.E.S. service or otherwise access this site.
Eligibility and Registration
You must be eighteen or over to register for the V.O.I.C.E.S. service. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
However, we cannot guarantee that each member is at least the required minimum age, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or other use or access of the site by persons under the age of 18 in violation of these terms.
When registering to become a member you are registering with “Virtual Communication Services”. When and if you register to become a member, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form, and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
Term
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the service and/or are a member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by contacting us at:

Your membership will be terminated upon receipt of e-mail notice of termination.
Your membership in the service is for your sole, personal use only.
You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
Each person must have their own account and login name. Your username and password is part of the registration process, and you will be asked to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant any username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as we determine in our sole discretion. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer your use of or access to the site to any third party.
If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, you may edit your profile by logging in and selecting the “Profile” link at the top of the page. You can edit all of your personal information.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.
“Virtual Communication Services” may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the e-mail address you provide in your application for the service, or such other e-mail address as you may later provide. If “Virtual Communication Services” terminates your membership in the service because you have breached the Agreement, YOU WILL NOT be entitled to any refund in whole or in part of the membership fee.
Return Policy and how my Credit Card will be Billed
When you register with “Virtual Communication Services” to become a member to "V.O.I.C.E.S." ,
we will bill your credit card $14.95, which ensures your access to the service for one year
starting from the date you enroll.
At the end of every year, we will automatically bill your card $14.95.
If at any time you cancel the service, we will stop automatically billing your account.
There is NO REFUND of your $14.95 annual membership fee AFTER the first (3) THREE days of your enrollment or future annual membership renewals.
SPAM Policy
“Virtual Communication Services” has a ZERO TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY. If you are reported for sending SPAM or un-solicited e-mail marketing, your service will be terminated immediately.
Any use of e-mail addresses in the database for other types of business is prohibited, and also may violate Anti-Spam Laws. If you are reported your account can be terminated immediately.
Proprietary Rights in Content
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, photos, images or other proprietary information on the “Virtual Communication Services” website or “V.O.I.C.E.S.” program without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You will not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained anywhere in the site or service. All photos, images and written content and other material are herein copyrighted on the “PoliticalActivistNetwork.com” website. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in sponsor advertisements, or information presented to you through the service, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by “Virtual Communication Services”, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the service or the Website, in whole or in part.
Changed Terms
We reserve the right at any time to change the terms and conditions of this agreement; change the site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the site as well as adding new features at any time.
Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the site or e-mail. Your use of the site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the changes. Be sure to review this agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version.
Privacy
The personal information (including sensitive personal information) you provide to us will be stored on a computer. You consent to us using this information to build up a user profile. Use of the Website and/or the "V.O.I.C.E.S." Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

e. WILL MEET YOUR DESIRED REQUIREMENTS,
Limitation on Liability
“Virtual Communication Services” disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") of the site. We do not exclude any liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will “Virtual Communication Services” be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, from your use of the Website or the Service, even if “Virtual Communication Services” has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, “Virtual Communication Services” liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of current annual membership fee paid, if any, by you to “Virtual Communication Services” for the Service during the term of the membership.
Export Control
Software from this Website (the “Software”) is further subject to United States export controls. No Software may be downloaded from the Website or otherwise exported or re-exported; (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other Country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading or using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold “Virtual Communication Services” , its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth.
Disputes
If there is any dispute about or involving the Service, you agree to notify “Virtual Communication Services” in writing within 60 days and that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Delaware, City of Wilmington.
Other
This agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if you breach any of the terms, subject to the survival of all rights and reservations of “Virtual Communication Services”.
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
The member certifies that the member has read and agrees to be bound by the “Virtual Communication Services” member Terms of use Agreement and conditions.
